Built on reliable "Asterisk® that uses two internal folders to store agent voicemail recordings: INBOX and Old. New messages are saved in INBOX, and those that have been listened to are automatically moved to Old. But deleted messages cannot be recovered.

However, during the configuration phase of your phone system, you can request your administrator to enable a third folder for Deleted messages, which will allow him to restore deleted voicemails upon request.
