Unfortunately, no. A Twilio account is required because all calls are routed through Twilio. You can start with a Twilio trial account, but upgrading to a paid account is mandatory to unlock full functionality and allow our team to set up your SwitchBoard Cloud™ phone system free trial.
How do I create a Twilio account?
You can sign up for a Twilio PBX free trial by filling in the required fields. Note that trial accounts have some limitations, such as receiving inbound calls only from validated phone numbers.
How do I upgrade my Twilio account?
Log in to your Twilio account and from your Twilio console:

Click Upgrade (top of the page) or go to Admin → Account Billing → Add Funds.
