To make and receive calls with regular phone numbers, you will need a Twilio account with a starting balance of at least $20. You can connect it yourself from inside SwitchBoard, or ask our team to set it up with you. Don't have an account yet? We're happy to guide you through the setup process.
After the free trial, if you want to become a paid customer, we can start a port-in request for your existing phone numbers. Alternatively, you can start with new numbers from Twilio, which is instant.
